Planet Rondo — from chaos to a content plan

At Planet Rondo, content creation used to be quite chaotic. Sometimes videos were published on social media, sometimes not at all. Publishing was irregular, and it was unclear who was actually responsible for YouTube and the other channels. The result was that the content didn't reach its full potential, and the social media statistics showed a clear knowledge gap.

I met the team at Planet Rondo and together we went through the company's goals for the video content. I trained the staff in scriptwriting, filming and editing. Together we also created a plan for future publishing, with the goal of reaching more customers.

The result: Regular publishing, increased sales via social media and a clearer division of responsibility for content creation among the staff.
